There has been a construction frenzy in Israel for a decade, and it barely stuttered over the last two years of war. The Toha building is part of that boom and was meant to look like a ship, and in the daytime you can even see an item on its roof apparently meant to look like a smokestack. Tel Aviv at night is beautiful, a completely different experience than the day.
