On the theme of trains, this is the entrance to the HaShalom train station, adjacent to Azrelli center, the convergence of train thoroughfares in Tel Aviv. Not far from here is the light rail red line, and directly below is the Ayalon freeway. The area is filled with restaurants and shops. With the Sarona district just across the street, founded by German templars in the late 1880s and one of the first settlements in Tel Aviv.
